Malaysian offshore services provider Sapura Energy has won a contract from Petronas Carigali for the provision of pan-Malaysia services.
The work scope under the contract includes offshore maintenance, construction, modification, and hook-up and commissioning services.
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing, the work – awarded to the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Sapura Fabrication – will be done for the C2 tender package which covers Sarawak Asset (SKA) Oil.
The deal covers the provision of manpower, tools and equipment, materials, consumables, and other related services to hook-up and commissioning brownfields and greenfields including project management services, supervision, and construction personnel.
The contract’s tenure is five years with an unspecified value due to the call-out nature of the deal with agreed unit rates.
