The new year is a time for renewal, a chance to take a break from the rigours of daily work, but it’s also an opportunity to explore the great outdoors. Studies show immersing oneself in nature, whether its wandering through a rainforest, taking a dip in the ocean, or enjoying a moment of wonder taking in a beautiful view can improve psychological and physical health.
