A man in his 70s has died after a road crash in Abbeyfeale, Co Limerick, on Sunday night.
The pedestrian died at the scene after the crash involving a car on New Street shortly after 9pm.
Garda investigators will carry out a technical examination, and a postmortem will be arranged.
