Imane Khelif Lawsuit: In an exclusive report by Variety, Algerian boxer Imane Khelif, who won a historic Gold medal in Women’s 66kg category at Paris Olympics 2024, has now filed a lawsuit against the likes of Elon Musk and JK Rowling. Khelif suffered a huge bashing all over the social media, as reports circulated of her non-credibility to fight in the Women’s Boxing event on the basis of a failed-test earlier in her career.
Inspite of all the chaos and drama around her gender, the International Olympics Committee (IOC) did not find valid reasons to not let her participate, as the Algerian boxer had already cleared the necessary amount of mandatory tests.
J.K. Rowling and Elon Musk have both been named in a criminal complaint filed to French authorities over alleged “acts of aggravated cyber harassment” against Algerian boxer and newly crowned Olympic champion Imane Khelif.https://t.co/756DIcwZzV pic.twitter.com/ylHMeGJi8e

What Is The Lawsuit Exactly About?
Imane Khelif has reportedly filed a criminal complaint, where she accuses the likes of Elon Musk and JK Rowling in promoting and influencing the cyberbullying and harassment all over the social media, as many users questioned the Algerian boxer’s gender. What makes this case even more interesting is the fact that Imane Khelif has filed a complaint against ‘X’, which means that any user over the social media platform who ever posted anything hateful against the boxer will be legally dealt with.
How Is Logan Paul Involved In This Controversy?
Former United States Champion in WWE, and social media star Logan Paul took to ‘X’ to criticise and question Imane Khelif. But with the lawsuit now filed against ‘X’, Logan Paul can too, come under the radar.
“This is the purest form of evil unfolding right before our eyes. A man was allowed to beat up a woman on a global stage, crushing her life’s dream while fighting for her deceased father. This delusion must end,”, wrote Logan Paul on ‘X’ but deleted the post afterwards, stating “might be guilty of spreading misinformation”.
